For online orders successfully submitted on or after 19 October 2026 at 00:00 Singapore time, all sales are final. Challenger does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds if you change your mind after completing your purchase. This includes requests to change the product, colour, model or payment method.

Most products sold by Challenger are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience an issue with your product, we recommend contacting the manufacturer’s authorised service centre directly for warranty assessment, repair or servicing, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

If your product is defective or not as described, your statutory rights under Singapore law are not affected. You may also contact Challenger through our Contact page and select “Warranty & Product Support” for assistance. You do not need to contact the manufacturer before asking Challenger for help with a statutory claim.

For online orders submitted before the effective date, the terms and any applicable return commitments made at the time of purchase continue to apply, even if delivery or collection takes place later.
