Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective from 1 July 2026.

1. Membership Plans

Challenger offers the following ValueClub membership plans:

The 3-Month Membership is available through the ValueClub app.

The 12-Month Membership is available through Challenger retail stores and Challenger.sg.

All membership fees are strictly non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. General Terms

2.1 ValueClub membership is personal and may not be transferred or shared.

2.2 Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and preventing unauthorised use.

2.3 Members with an active membership may enjoy applicable member prices, discounts, cashback, promotions and other benefits at Challenger retail stores and Challenger.sg.

2.4 Both membership plans receive the same membership benefits, unless otherwise stated as part of a specific promotion.

2.5 At retail stores, members may be required to scan the relevant QR code using the ValueClub app before completing their purchase.

2.6 Membership information, cashback balance and eligible purchase history may be viewed through the ValueClub app or Challenger.sg.

2.7 Members are responsible for ensuring that their personal information is accurate and up to date. Details may be updated through the ValueClub app, Challenger.sg or by contacting Challenger.

2.8 Challenger reserves the right to amend the membership programme, benefits and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

3. Welcome Voucher

3.1 Eligible registrations or renewals of the 3-Month Membership will receive a S$10 Welcome Voucher, subject to the applicable voucher Terms & Conditions.

3.2 The 12-Month Membership does not include a welcome voucher unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and must be used within their stated validity period.

4. Membership Renewal

4.1 The 3-Month Membership automatically renews every 3 months using the registered payment method unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

4.2 Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment details remain valid and up to date.

4.3 If a recurring payment is unsuccessful, the membership and its associated benefits may be suspended or terminated.

4.4 Cancellation of the 3-Month Membership will take effect at the end of the current paid membership period.

4.5 The 12-Month Membership does not renew automatically. Members may renew from 6 months before the membership expiry date.

5. Cashback

5.1 Members with an active 3-Month or 12-Month Membership may earn cashback on eligible purchases.

5.2 Cashback rates may vary depending on the product, promotion or campaign.

5.3 Cashback may be used to offset the amount payable on a subsequent eligible purchase at Challenger retail stores or Challenger.sg.

5.4 Cashback will not be earned on:

  • Membership fees;

  • Gift cards and vouchers;

  • Delivery charges;

  • Extended warranties;

  • Repairs and other services;

  • Amounts paid using cashback; and

  • Other excluded products or transactions stated by Challenger.

5.5 Cashback earned from purchases that are subsequently refunded, returned or cancelled will be deducted from the member’s account.

5.6 Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.7 Unused cashback will not expire while the membership remains active.

5.8 Upon membership expiry, members will have a grace period of 90 days to renew their membership and retain their unused cashback. Any unused cashback will expire after the grace period.

5.9 Cashback discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of purchase, together with the relevant receipt or transaction details.

6. Associate Memberships

The Associate Membership programme has been discontinued with effect from 1 July 2026.

Affected Associate Members will receive a limited-period membership trial in accordance with the transition arrangements communicated by Challenger.

After the trial period ends, members must register for an eligible paid ValueClub membership to continue enjoying membership benefits.
