Job Scope

As a Marketing Executive at Challenger, you will play a key role in driving brand visibility and customer engagement. You will assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help develop creative strategies that amplify the Challenger brand, promote our products and services, and engage our diverse customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with Challenger's brand strategy and goals.

  • Content Creation & Coordination: Develop engaging content for social media, website, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Work closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand content.

  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid search campaigns (Google Ads, social ads), and email marketing.

  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing marketing strategies.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and other brand-building initiatives.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing efforts.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role. Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEM tools, Email platforms).

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Team player with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
